Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for credit on our vinyl graphics and lighting accessories.
If a bulb is found defective, it can be returned for a replacement. This does not include bulbs that flash fast or do not light due to a load resistor requirements, or shows signs of modification. Bulbs must be received by us within 60 days of the original order date. Returns must be packaged properly to avoid damage, and must also include the following information:
- Customer name and shipping address
- Original order/transaction number
- Detailed description of the defect

Returns received with incomplete information, or after the 60 day period has expired will not be accepted.
