What kind of bulb(s) will fit my car?
If you do not already know the ID of the bulb(s) you intend to replace, you can use our bulb reference wizard to find the correct bulbs for your car.
I tried looking up my car using your bulb reference wizard, but my make, model or year was not listed. What do I do now?
Please send us an email, and list the make, model, and year of your car, and we will make every attempt to have it added to our tool as quickly as possible.
Which type of bulb is the brightest?
Generally, the more LEDs, the brighter the bulb. The exception to this rule is with the use of bulbs with SMT chips, which provide much brighter light output than standard LEDs.
I've heard that there are sometimes issues when replacing turn signals bulbs with LED bulbs?
Yes, this is sometimes true. The lower power output of LED bulbs can fool your car into thinking that a bulb is out, causing either a "bulb out" dash light or cause your turn signals to "fast blink." If you experience either of these situations, it can be remedied by inserting a resistor inline with the bulb harness wires. Please see our Load Resistor Use page for more information.
Do you provide installation instructions?
In most cases, no. Please refer to your vehicle's owner's manual.
Vinyl Graphic Products
I've seen these on cars, but what exactly are vinyl graphics?
Vinyl graphics, also known as decals, are essentially a high quality sticker for your vehicle that has been machine-cut into a desired shape.
Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes, detailed instructions are provided.
Is it hard to apply vinyl graphics?
No, but you should read the instructions carefully and take care when applying the graphics.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is a factor of destination, product/order weights, and the shipping method chosen. The best way to determine total shipping cost is to add the items you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart, and then begin the checkout process. You will then be given the shipping options, and the costs associated with each.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship our products worldwide. Please see our shipping policies for further information
Can I return my item if I later change my mind?
All sales are final, except in certain circumstances. Please see our return policy for full details.
Can I get a discount or special pricing?
All prices are as shown.
How fast will I get my stuff?
All orders ship the same or next business day (Mon-Fri). In most cases, orders will not ship on Saturday and Sunday, and on nationally observed holidays. The speed of delivery will be determined by your distance from our facility in California, and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please see our shipping policies for further information.
I looked up my shipping confirmation number on www.USPS.com, but the status hasn't changed. Why?
The degree to which USPS will show updates depends upon the shipping method selected. If the method is First Class or Priority Mail, there will only be a notice when the package has been shipped and a final update when the package is delivered. Express mail (U.S. and International), will show a detailed status of the shipment's progress to its final destination. It can take up to 24 hours from the time of shipment before tracking information is available.
